1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and 63phl ("63phl," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 63phl website located at https://63phl.org and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any 63phl service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games or promotions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 63phl Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the 63phl Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and use the 63phl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations and the standards set by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of placing any wager or accessing any gaming service.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 63phl, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the 63phl Platform or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion program.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

63phl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be registered by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned in accordance with applicable regulations. ⚠️ Gambling is addictive. 3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the 63phl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your 63phl account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 63phl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

63phl implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication (2FA), and real-time login monitoring to protect your account. However, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your own device and login credentials.

63phl reserves the right to verify your identity at any time, including during the withdrawal process. You may be required to submit a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID) and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the 63phl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 63phl supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to supported banks

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized owner of the payment method used. 63phl does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to minimum and maximum withdrawal limits as published on the Platform. 63phl aims to process verified withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within minutes, and bank transfers within one (1) business day, subject to the policies of the receiving financial institution.

63phl reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

63phl may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is made.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 63phl promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• 63phl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect players who have already accepted and are actively fulfilling the terms of an existing offer.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other fraudulent means — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. 63phl reserves the right to limit or exclude any player from bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games available on the 63phl Platform — including live casino tables, video slots, Bingo rooms, Mines Grand, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

63phl uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 63phl will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, 63phl cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

63phl reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 63phl Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating with other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to 63phl immediately.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or identity verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the Platform or the experience of other players.

8. Responsible Gaming

63phl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 63phl account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 63phl Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of 63phl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 63phl.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used in the Platform.
• Use any 63phl trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 63phl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, system errors, or service interruptions.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered thereon.

63phl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 63phl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 63phl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

63phl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if 63phl reasonably believes that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to 63phl, other players, or the integrity of the Platform.
• You have requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period.

Upon termination of your account for cause, 63phl reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus funds and investigation findings will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements.

You may close your 63phl account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and 63phl, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 63phl support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to gaming fairness or regulatory compliance, players may also escalate concerns to PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) through its official channels.

13. Amendments to These Terms

63phl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 63phl will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the 63phl Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
